Two stores with basic supplies. Most go to Bethel to shop or order from Anchorage.

Alaska Bush Supply or Corina’s in Bethel  They are fast and have good prices. You can place an order after you arrive. The local stores have a wide enough selection that you can get by until your order arrives.

Rubber boots, rain gear, very warm clothes and basic household stuff. If you own a pet be sure to bring out your own dog food and kitty litter. They don’t sell that in the local stores.
